Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates and offer international shipping to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team for assistance.

Shipping Charges

  • UAE Orders: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UAE.

  • International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items: Please allow 2-3 weeks for crafting and dispatch. We will notify you as soon as your order is shipped.

Delivery Time

  • UAE: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International: 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can monitor your shipment’s progress online at any time.

Packaging

All carpets are carefully rolled, wrapped, and secured in protective packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
